Yes, our service is really unlimited. You can submit as many design requests as you like. Your requests are handled in a queuing system (that means that the first request in is the first request out). Your designer will work on (1) request at a time and will work on the projects in queue each day. The amount of graphics that can be completed each day will depend on your membership plan.
You can submit as many design requests as you like per day. You designer will work on (1) request at a time. How many designs you receive in a day will depend on how complex your designs are.
You'll be shocked to know that the average turnaround for simple graphics is just (1) business day. Bigger projects like a ebook with 25 pages will take more time of course. If you have a graphic that needs a "rush" just let your project manager know and our team will do their best to accommodate your request.
All of our designers work for Pug Shop Design exclusively, work remotely, and are located worldwide to meet the needs of our customers.
Nope. We do not require a contract. Pug Shop Services are provided on a month-to-month basis and can be cancelled at any time.
We make submitting design requests VERY simple. You can submit your requests via email or through your Trello project board. When you log into your Trello board you will be able to easily see where your projects are in the queuing system so that you always know what projects are being worked on - and what projects are in queue.
Yes. You can submit tasks for as many brands as you want. Pug Shop makes a great white label service for agencies that want to deliver pugtastic graphics to their clients.

Yes, we do have a few limitations. We don't support the following requests:
- CAD / 3D Designs
- HTML / CSS (or any programming)
- UI / UX (we don't code websites or mobile apps)
- Animated graphic are only included in our Pro Plan.
You own all rights and licenses to all the designed created for you. If we use stock photos for your designs, you are grated license for that photo. However, materials you provide for our team to use are assumed to be licensed and owned by you. If you provide our team with unlicensed materials to use, we are not liable for rights of the final design.
Absolutely! You own and control the intellectual property so you can do what you want with it. You can use it for your business or your clients.

With your Pug Shop Design membership you can request website banners, images, or page design in Photoshop. We do not offer UI / UX, HTML / CSS or any programming as part of your membership. That being said, Pug Shop Design is a company of Your Marketing Coach (a full-service digital marketing agency).
